I have a Philips GoGear MP3 Player SA3020. I got it like a week ago and I haven’t been able to put videos on it. I have all of my videos on the WMV format, but Philips Media Converter keeps telling me that I’m missing a codec or something. I’m so frustrated. Could someone help me figure this out? PLEASE?!?
