question about editing videos downloaded from youtube?

So, I got the firefox video capture add on, the .flv converter, and the codec from this website http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm , but when I import the movie into Windows Movie Maker, there’s only the audio. How do I get the visuals as well?
