I tried to play a avi file on my divx player on my computer and I got some thing that I need audio code 255?

ok here it is what it said "this file contains a track in the aac (advanced audio codein) (code "255") format. You may need to install directshow decoder for this audio format in order to hear thesound track of this file. I am getting this from the divx player I have on my pc so where can I find the right codec for the file?
