i have a video in avc format that i want to burn to dvd but my current burner cant convert the file inorder to burn it. so i want to know if anyone knows a free converting software i can use. ive tried a couple off download.com but mush not have been what i need since it didnt work. below is more info about the file just incase its needed. thanks for you help.
video codec- avc – kbps
audio codec- aac – kbps
sampling frequency- 48.000 kHz
also on my device its labeled as a avc file but when i made the file i marked it as ".mp4"
example: "file name.mp4"

i haven’t used an avc converter but try to download an AVCHD converter. Avc is a hi definition format. Play it with vlc video player. Its free to download
